We regularly defend individuals and entities in securities enforcement matters. Government Procurement Fraud
We represent government contractors suspected of procurement fraud. Our attorneys have been involved in procurement investigations and prosecutions from both sides: as federal prosecutors and defense counsel. These investigations often involve allegations of kickbacks, bribery, false statements, honest services fraud, and mail and wire fraud. Parallel civil investigations and lawsuits are common. FDA Investigations
We have extensive experience representing clients in Food and Drug Administration, Office of Criminal Investigations (FDA) matters throughout the country. These investigations are referred to the Department of Justice for prosecution. We have assisted clients many times in FDA investigations, particularly in the area of importation of prescription drugs. Common violations investigated and charged in this area are drug adulteration, misbranding, and smuggling. Our substantial experience allows us to offer solutions and strategic advice to those under investigation by the FDA.
