Alexander D. Wall

Attorney

Biography

Alexander has over a decade of experience representing financial institutions, developers and contractors, other attorneys, and a wide range of businesses, institutions, and individuals in corporate and commercial matters in federal and state courts. His practice includes complex business disputes, civil fraud-related matters, white collar criminal cases and investigations, and federal receivership cases.

Prior to joining McNamara Smith, Alexander was a litigator at a mid-sized Southern California firm, primarily representing large property developers and contractors in civil matters throughout California. He was also privileged to serve as outside litigation counsel for the judicial branch of the California state government in negligence and insurance-related cases. Before that, he was a partner at a Boston-based litigation boutique, where he represented businesses and individuals in commercial, tort, and tax-related litigation, amassing a successful trial record.
