Biography
Andrew Greene’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation. He has over 25 years of experience both as a civil litigator in California state and federal courts and as in-house counsel. He has worked as a litigator at both large and small premier California law firms and has experience managing and conducting complex consumer class actions, business, tort, employment, real estate, and bankruptcy litigation from both plaintiff and defense perspectives. As in-house counsel to an industry-leading technology company and for a national utility billing company, he additionally has experience reviewing/drafting contracts and advising on corporate/employment matters.
He is a cum laude graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of The Law and served as a judicial extern to a federal judge in San Francisco.
