Logan Smith Named Among Daily Journal‘s “Top White Collar Lawyers” for 2021

The Daily Journal has named Logan Smith of McNamara Smith LLP to its 2021 list of Top White Collar Lawyers in California. The list honors only a small number of the best white collar defense attorneys in California. McNamara, who served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in San Diego for many years prior to entering private practice. The firm specializes in white collar defense, government investigations, and litigation for individuals and companies and was recently named as a Tier 1 law firm for the San Diego region by U.S. News – Best Lawyers in the category of Criminal Defense: White Collar. Since 2013, Mr. Smith has been an adjunct faculty member at California Western School of Law, where he teaches practical legal skills and legal writing to second year law students.
